Recreational Courses

With these recreational scuba classes, you can take your interest in the ocean to the next level. Each one of these will help enhance your diving expertise and become a leader under the waves.

Advanced Open Water Scuba Course

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course is designed to further what you learned in the preliminary PADI courses. You’ll boost your confidence in the water and build your scuba skills while your instructor helps you learn new skills such as underwater navigation and deep water diving.

The Advanced Open Water Scuba Course is personalized to some extent — everybody has different interests when it comes to diving — but you’ll find out more about the practical aspects of deep water diving along with the physiological effects of going deeper. Your instructor will also teach you more ways to use your underwater compass as you learn the essential navigation skills that make your dives safer using kick-cycles, time and visual landmarks.

Rescue Diver

The PADI Rescue Diver Course is as rewarding as it is challenging and can help you make your first steps towards becoming a dive professional or leader in your own right. You’ll expand your existing knowledge on preventing problems and learn how to mitigate them if they occur. With the Rescue Diver course, you’ll gain an understanding of how to help both yourself and others in the water. The lessons in this course cover specifics such as rescuing panicked divers and understanding and managing stress in other divers while under the water.

Many people feel that this is the most rewarding class they’ve taken, letting them become a crucial part of their group dives while helping others discover the world below the ocean.
